My client, founded over 25 years ago, is now a team of around 70, primarily covering London and Southeast England, with a focus on secured lending work across various sectors.
In my experience recruiting for this sector, my client has operated somewhat under the radar but employs a large, loyal team mainly composed of senior / AD / Director level valuers who appreciate their autonomous, flexible, yet supportive culture. They tend to be among the best payers in the market.
Their compensation structure is more salary-driven rather than commission or bonus-based like many corporate firms. Typical workload expectations are 1-3 jobs per week depending on complexity.
