A bit about the job:

• This role is for a property underwriter to join the market leading Global Property Investors Aviva team.
• You will support underwriters in day to day decisions, operating within agreed guidelines and authority levels to profitably underwrite your own portfolios and actively pursue new opportunities.
• You will partner with brokers and customers to truly understand their wants and needs.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Ability to analyse complex information and draw out the relevant facts
• Strong attention to detail with a positive attitude towards embracing change
• Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to partner with brokers and customers to understand their needs and negotiate face-to-face
• You will have a willingness to drive your own personal development -technically & behaviourally – and will have full support in achieving your ambitions

• Starting salary between £28,000 and £34,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
