Job summary

FlexTrade Systems is seeking a professional to join our growing Client Services team, working with FlexTRADER, a highly customizable execution management system used by top investment banks and hedge funds.

You will liaise with clients to define business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, onboard connections to our network, and collaborate with developers to deliver scalable trading solutions while supporting clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a numerate subject is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Effective communication with business and technical clients is important.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to define and understand business/workflow requirements.
• Build rapport with client teams and stakeholders; manage expectations and timelines.
• Act as primary technical contact for allocated clients for new requirements and projects.
• Translate business/workflow requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with developers.
• On-board client and broker connections to FlexLINK FIX network and test FX liquidity providers.
• Provide global client support, drive issue investigation to resolution, and escalate where needed.
