Job summary

B&Q plc in Doncaster is seeking a Trading Team Manager to lead the core trading sales floor, manage stock flows end-to-end, drive promotions, and coach colleagues to deliver great customer service.

You will use sales data and customer feedback to review performance, build product knowledge in-store, and create an inclusive, high-performing team. The role rewards leadership, organisation, and a passion for process.
