Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation and performance of all Hantec Markets trading platforms.
• Configure, install, and maintain trading infrastructure hardware and software.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to trading systems.
• Provide day-to-day support of MT4/MT5 platforms.
• Manage MT4/MT5 Data Centres and monitor platform performance.
• Test and deploy new plugins.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems, procedures, and policies.

Technical Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (installation, configuration, support, and maintenance).
• Experience with VMware environments.
• Good understanding of firewalls and network security protocols.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Extensive hands-on experience with MT4 and MT5 platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
