Trading Production Support Engineer - Elite FinTech - £80,000-£150,000 + Bonus

Job title: Trading Production Support Engineer

Location: London / Hybrid

The role:

My client is seeking an Engineer with a broad skillset to support a range of technology within their stack. The position has a heavy focus on the Integration and Deployment of applications within a Trading environment, and ideally, you will stem from a Financial Services / Trading / Front Office background.

You will work closely with the development team and help to implement changes within the Change workflow, managing the delivery of services to production and research environments. Key responsibilities will include providing post-release and implementation services within these environments, supporting brokers and traders, and assisting with go-live scenarios and projects.

You will have:

• Experience of working in Linux environments
• Strong understanding of Application architecture
• An understanding of relational databases and querying (SQL, Postgres etc.)
• A good grasp of Networking fundamentals
• A personality!
