Job summary

BGC Group is a leading global brokerage and financial technology company with a Canary Wharf presence. This Client Services L1 role combines client relationship support, first-line platform assistance and data administration, learning end-to-end trade lifecycle from entry to settlement in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

You will handle daily client queries, provide platform support, and assist with user access, while developing knowledge of pre- and post-trade workflows and market data

Qualifications

Degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Science.
Industry qualifications such as CISI or CFA Level I are beneficial but not essential.
Some experience in Financial Markets Operations, Client Services or Technical Support is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as a first point of contact for platform users, delivering courteous, professional client service.
Support onboarding of new clients and platform adoption, increasing awareness of functionality and services.
Provide demonstrations of electronic platforms to end users and encourage liquidity and trades.
Update the CRM with client visits, feedback and follow-ups, ensuring accurate records.
