Job Description:

A leading, global market making firm is looking to make a key hire into a newly created London-based trading desk support role, tied to the buildout of its European digital assets business.

This is a high-impact position that combines day-to-day trade support responsibilities with end-to-end ownership of process automation and tooling initiatives. The hire will act as the central operations contact for a London based trading team and will be embedded closely with the tech / engineering teams on a variety of process optimisation and data-focused projects. In tandem with the business buildout/expansion, the London hire will play a pivotal role in helping scale operational infrastructure.

This is a perfect role for an experienced trade support or middle office analyst (roughly 3–8 years' experience) from a hedge fund or proprietary trading firm ideally. Candidates should have a strong academic background (STEM preferred), experience with SQL and Python, and exposure to automation, tooling, or process improvement work. Familiarity with digital assets/blockchain infrastructure is beneficial but not essential.

This is a critical hire for the business, with a first year total compensation package of up to £200k for the right candidate.
