We have an exciting opportunity for an Online Category Manager in our On Demand Grocery/Specialist Shop team, reporting to the Online Trading Lead.

We offer a flexible, hybrid working approach, allowing a mix of office and home-based work to suit personal needs and business requirements.

  • Salary: £59,000 - £92,500

  • Salary up to: £75,000, depending on experience

  • Contract type: Permanent

  • Working pattern: Hybrid, with at least 1 day/week in the office in Bracknell

Key responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Online Merchandisers, influencing stakeholders to optimize on-site customer journeys for maximum financial return and customer satisfaction. Build collaborative relationships across teams, use data and benchmarks for recommendations, and manage promotional/trade plans with the wider Online Trading team and suppliers.
