You'll report to the Store Manager, manage shift rotas, train and develop colleagues, plan promotions, and drive performance against targets while building strong cross-department relationships to support a great customer experience.

• Lead your team to deliver outstanding shopping experiences, planning promotions and acting on customer feedback to keep standards high.
• Manage shift rotas, attendance, and talent development, delivering training so colleagues have the confidence to work flexibly across departments.
• Lead a supportive, performance-driven department, guiding colleagues to work with purpose against all operational and sales targets.
• Plan resources thoroughly, manage daily team routines, and build strong working relationships with other store departments.
