Morrisons is seeking a Trading Manager in the United Kingdom to oversee store-wide trading routines and ensure market-leading product availability. You will lead a team to run promotions, manage schedules, and develop staff across departments to maintain high service standards.

You’ll drive performance and safety, collaborating with other store teams to keep operations smooth and aligned with sales targets. A hands-on approach and strong communication will be essential to succeed in this role.

Making sure our shelves are fully stocked is key to a fantastic shopping experience, which is why our Trading Managers are so vital to our success.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll bring a hands‑on approach to managing store‑wide trading routines. You'll lead your team to deliver market‑leading product availability, run smooth promotional events, and ensure every aisle is safe, legal, and ready for trade.

In this role, you’ll be on hand to:
