Morrisons in the United Kingdom is seeking a Trading Manager to oversee store-wide trading routines and lead a team to deliver market-leading product availability.

You will plan promotions, manage shift rotas, and ensure colleagues can work flexibly across departments while maintaining safety, stock levels and operational standards.

You'll drive performance with a customer-first approach and build strong working relationships with other store departments to keep every aisle ready for trade.

Making sure our shelves are fully stocked is key to a fantastic shopping experience, which is why our Trading Managers are so vital to our success.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll bring a hands-on approach to managing store-wide trading routines. You'll lead your team to deliver market-leading product availability, run smooth promotional events, and ensure every aisle is safe, legal, and ready for trade.

In this role, you’ll be on hand to:
