  • Collaborating with the CRM team to localise and execute German-language email campaigns, automations, and customer journeys tailored to the region.

  • Preparing and presenting regular performance reports and insights on the German site and customer base, using KPIs to guide strategy.
  • Assisting with regional merchandising strategies, product launches, promotional planning, and seasonal campaigns targeted at the German market.
  • Ensuring tone of voice, copy, and all digital content meet high standards for native-level German fluency and cultural relevance.

Accountable for:

  • Launch of the German website to project timeline.
  • Accuracy of the site.
  • Driving revenue growth through the German website.
  • Improving the effectiveness of the german website – converting visitors into customers.
  • Ensuring a positive, localised and engaging online experience for customers – contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Making informed decisions (using data and analytics) for site optimisation and marketing campaigns.
