About the Team:

Our eCommerce trading team is the driving force behind our online success. Combining our expertise to create a seamless and enjoyable online shopping experience, offering innovative beauty products that cater to our customers' needs and desires.

About the Role: In the role you will support the Ecommerce Trading Manager for English Language (UK, US, Canada, Ireland & Australia) in various tasks related to online trading, including product uploads, content creation, website maintenance, and data analysis. You will have the opportunity to learn about multiple digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, and social media and assist in driving the overall growth of our online businesses within TBTG.

  • Assist in managing product inventory and ensuring accurate product information on the website.
  • Create and update website content and CRM campaigns to enhance user experience and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Assist in implementing and optimising digital marketing campaigns.
  • Support the Ecommerce Trading Manager in day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of trading activities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar Ecommerce role is crucial.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience within Shopify Plus would be a plus.

If it feels like we’re a good match, we’ll share you CV with the hiring manager to review. Our interview process is tailored to each role but typically you can expect a two-stage interview process;

1st stage – An informal 30-minute video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.

2nd Stage – A 30 minute interview split into 15 minute segments. First 15 minutes will include you presenting a pre-set task to the Senior Trade and Trade Manager for English Language. Second segment will include follow up competency questions.
