About the Position

We are looking for a Trading Desk Operations Engineer (TDOE) to manage the operational side of our trading desk. Your responsibilities will include monitoring trading tools, managing complex spreadsheets, optimizing processes, and developing new tools. Our trading desks are critical to the firm's success, supporting trading across thousands of financial products globally.

You will interact with internal teams and external parties, learning the trading and settlement cycle, regulatory, and operational considerations. As you gain experience, you'll take on programming tasks, support traders, and help develop the firm's infrastructure. The role offers a hands-on, collaborative environment with mentorship and training to support your growth.
