Responsibilities

• TradeExecution: Work with suppliers to execute trades during market hours (07:00-17:00) and ensure accuracy.
• Tradebooking: Book trades, send post-trade docs, and liaise with clients on approvals, docs, payments and deliveries.
• Position and Cashflow Management: Monitor trading positions and oversee cash flow and liquidity.
• Customer Interaction: Build relationships with clients and support sales with market insights.
• Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market research and inform trading strategies; report daily price developments.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Assist onboarding, screen sanctions, and mitigate trading risks; maintain records.

Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

TradeExecution

• Workwith suppliers to execute trades during market hours (07:00-17:00)
• Ensureaccuracy and timeliness in all trading activities

Tradebooking

• Booktrades executed on behalf of the Business Development Managers
• Sendout post-trade documentation
• Liaisewith clients to chase outstanding approvals, documents, payments anddeliveries

Positionand Cashflow Management

• Monitorand manage trading positions to maximise profitability and minimise risk
• Overseecash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for trading operations
• Managethe financial aspects of trading activities including margin requirementsand settlement processes

CustomerInteraction and Relationship Building

• Buildand maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Assistthe sales team in client meetings and presentations
• Providemarket insights and advice to clients

Market Analysis and Reporting

• Conductmarket research and analysis to inform client trading strategies
• Stayinformed of market trends, news, and economic factors affecting themarket
• Providedaily price development and market exposure updates to internalstakeholders

Compliance,Risk Management and Onboarding
