Job summary

GCS Recruitment seeks a creative Product Development Associate to help turn concepts into packaging for trading cards and collectibles. You will work with licensing partners and internal teams to ensure brand alignment and timely delivery.

London-based contract role with one day in the office weekly. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in product development or related fields and strong design skills with Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Product Development, Graphic Design or a related creative role.
• Strong understanding of design principles and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent organisation, communication and project coordination skills.
• Experience with licensing, entertainment, toys or collectibles is desirable.

Job description

Are you passionate about Trading Cards, TCGs, collectibles and creative product development?

We are seeking a Product Development Associate to support the creation of innovative trading card products and packaging for leading entertainment brands.

Working with creative teams, licensees and stakeholders, you will help take products from concept through to approval, ensuring strong design execution, brand alignment and timely delivery.

Location: London Once a week In office
Contract: Project Hire | Inside IR35

Duration : 12 months Initially
