Closing Date: 20 August 2026
Role Purpose: As a Trading Assistant in Snacks, you will support one of the fastest-moving categories in grocery. You will provide vital support to the Trading team, ensuring products are set up for customers to buy, promotional activity is delivered accurately, funding and commercial plans are executed effectively. You will play a key role in managing day‑to‑day category administration, supplier communications, systems maintenance, and reporting, helping the team respond quickly to changing customer and market demands. This is a fast‑paced role requiring exceptional organisation, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Ideally, you'll have previous experience within a retail, buying, trading or FMCG environment, with an understanding of category management. Experience working within trading or account management would be advantageous but above all, you'll be commercially curious, eager to learn, resilient under pressure and excited by the opportunity to support one of the most dynamic and fast‑moving categories in grocery retail.
