A recruitment agency is seeking an Office Administrator in London. The role involves handling administrative tasks in the cocoa/sugar/coffee department, managing margin money, and performing monthly reconciliations. Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM with occasional overtime till 7:00 PM when covering future order execution (up to 20 hours). Required starting at 8:00 AM on Japanese bank holidays (finish at 4:00 PM in this case).
