Job summary

Dawn Ellmore Employment Limited are working with a well-established London law firm seeking an organised and proactive individual to join their Trade Mark team. The role focuses on administering trade mark portfolios, keeping records accurate, and ensuring filings and documentation are completed efficiently.

Candidates with Trade Mark formalities experience are preferred, but those with a Legal Administration background who are keen to develop in Trade Marks will also be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience with trade mark formalities is preferred.
• Legal administration background considered for progression in TM
• Strong organisational and proactive approach
• Experience with drafting and formatting legal documents is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Managing correspondence and monitoring deadlines.
• Handling renewals.
• Preparing and formatting legal documents.
• Supporting billing processes, file openings and client onboarding checks.
• Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the team.
• Maintaining a high standard of client service throughout.
