Panda is seeking a Trade Waste Traffic Planner to join its busy transport team. You will coordinate efficient daily routes for containers, lifts and exchanges, monitor driver hours, and support drivers and customers to keep operations moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic or transport planning roles.
• Knowledge of Working Time Directive and transport compliance.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Customer-focused with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate efficient daily routes for deliveries, lifts and collections across a wide area.
• Monitor driver workloads and hours to ensure legal compliance.
• Communicate clearly with drivers, provide updates and support throughout shifts.
• Carry out end-of-shift debriefs with drivers and resolve service issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems with bookings and ETAs.
• Promote safe working practices and transport compliance across the fleet.
