Welcome to the FX Cash Middle Office, your trusted partner in supporting the dynamic European Currencies FX business.

As a Trade Support Senior Associate within the Trading Services team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving excellence and innovation. You'll resolve deal queries with precision, ensure seamless trade bookings, and uphold the highest standards of risk management. Be part of transformative business projects, streamline processes for maximum efficiency, and collaborate with industry leaders to enhance our FX infrastructure.

Job responsibilities

  • Perform daily global core controls across the FX booking stack to ensure validity, completeness, and accuracy of risk trade bookings.

  • Manage the front-to-back-end trade booking stack to ensure trades are correctly feeding from risk to settlement in a timely manner, investigating and resolving risk breaks across trading and wash books, and resolving deal queries from key stakeholders.

  • Lead business-wide project work including major deliveries in new product, systems, and key events such as new MMSR regulatory controls, new branches, and product offerings.

  • Automate and streamline core processes to increase efficiency and offer seamless support across the business, including management of core tech deliveries and regression/UAT testing of new flow/business.

  • Align business and processes across global regions and tertiary hub locations.

  • Create, set up, and maintain core global systems within FX infrastructure ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory protocols.

  • Interact and partner with multiple internal teams to support and develop the business, including Trading, Technology, Compliance, Global Project Groups, and external trade platform vendors such as LCH, Traiana, EBS, and Reuters.

  • Govern anti-trust trade to ensure pricing transparency and adherence to market ethical standards.

  • Interact with internal and external audit to ensure high control standards across the FX group.

  • Provide front-line TA support to the ECOM trading business across multi-regional risk franchises

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong logical/analytical mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
  • Process flow understanding, including ability to understand current flows and linkage between systems and think how the process can be improved/streamlined
  • Previous experience in Finance industry (operations roles)
  • Availability to work from 7 am to 6 pm (shifts)
