Mondrian Alpha in London is seeking a Trade Support Analyst at an early stage in their career. The role covers core BAU trade support processes including reconciliations, settlements and cash management across asset classes.

The position offers up to £100k total pay with sign-on bonuses for exceptional performers and generous benefits, with ad-hoc WFH possible. You will also have the chance to develop SQL and Python capabilities while collaborating with technology, risk and trading teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in trade support or related role.
• Desire to develop SQL and Python capabilities while in role.

Responsibilities

• Cover core trade support BAU processes including reconciliations, settlements and cash management.
• Gain broad exposure across asset classes and trading strategies.
• Engage with technology, risk, trading and portfolio financing teams.
• Manage multiple external relationships; 50% project-driven work.
