The Role Profile describes a Trade & Sales Support Analyst joining a fast-paced Capital Markets Operations team to support trade execution, resolve operational issues and ensure accurate asset servicing processing.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support to Sales, Trading and Relationship Management, acting as a primary contact for trade, settlement and client servicing

Qualifications

• Experience within Trade Support, Sales Support, and Capital Markets Operations.
• Strong understanding of the securities trade lifecycle.
• Experience investigating and resolving post-trade exceptions.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support to Sales, Trading and Relationship Management teams.
• Act as a primary point of contact for trade, settlement and client servicing queries.
• Monitor and investigate trade lifecycle exceptions, ensuring issues are resolved within agreed timeframes.
• Liaise with internal Operations, Custody and Asset Servicing teams to manage operational events impacting clients.
• Support the processing and monitoring of: Corporate Actions, Income Events, Stock Splits & Reorganisations, Mandatory & Voluntary Corporate Actions
• Investigate settlement fails, cash breaks and position discrepancies.
• Coordinate with counterparties, custodians and market infrastructures to resolve trade-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of client instructions, trade amendments and operational exceptions.
• Support new business onboarding and operational readiness initiatives.
• Produce regular management information, client reporting and operational metrics.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, risk and control frameworks.

We are seeking a Trade & Sales Support Analyst to join a fast-paced Capital Markets Operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting trade execution processes, resolving operational issues, managing client and sales queries, and ensuring the accurate processing of asset servicing events. Required Experience

• Experience within Trade Support, Sales Support, and Capital Markets Operations.
• Strong understanding of the securities trade lifecycle.
• Knowledge of asset servicing and corporate actions processes.
• Experience investigating and resolving post-trade exceptions.
• Exposure to equities, fixed income, funds or other listed securities products.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume environment.
