This role is based in one of our Magnet stores, working closely as part of a fast-paced, motivated team. With over 100 years of experience behind us, Magnet is one of the UK’s biggest and best-known kitchen brands and is part of the wider Nobia group.

For this role, you will earn a starting salary of £25,500, with uncapped on-target earnings of approximately £30,000. At Magnet, we recognize and reward your achievements through an uncapped commission scheme, ensuring your hard work is acknowledged.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Greater Picture: At Magnet, we’re not just designing kitchens; we’re building connections. This role is key to our journey. As a Trade Salesperson, you will create a welcoming environment for all customers visiting the store, maintaining and developing strong relationships. You will achieve this by gaining excellent product knowledge, increasing sales opportunities, opening new accounts, and ensuring repeat business.

You will be an integral part of the team, helping to drive sales, meet targets, and collaborate on exciting projects.

As a Trade Salesperson, we seek an individual with excellent customer service skills who is always willing to go the extra mile. Ideally, you will have the following attributes:

• The ability to work well both as part of a team and independently
• Customer service skills and a personable manner
• Willingness to learn and deliver product knowledge
• The ability to build strong working relationships with the store team
• Desire to learn design software
• Capability to manage stock effectively
• Computer literacy
• Willingness to undertake Forklift Truck Training if required
