Trade Sales Specialist, Global Payments Solutions (m|f|x) London

Bank of America is seeking a Trade Sales Specialist to join our Global Payments Solutions (GPS) team in London. This role involves managing a portfolio of corporate clients and banks within the EMEA region, working closely with various internal teams such as Trade Product, GPS Sales, Corporate Banking, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to grow Trade revenues in targeted markets.
  • Collaborate with GPS Sales and Corporate Banking to align client planning, opportunity targeting, and deal progression.
  • Manage and own the Trade pipeline and P&L for assigned clients.
  • Understand client needs, act as their voice, and contribute to new trade product development.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure timely execution and enhance client experience.
  • Engage with the marketplace and industry peers to strengthen market presence.
  • Maintain activities within risk, control, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with large corporate clients and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in Trade Finance and/or transaction services.
  • Deep knowledge of Trade Finance products and industry trends.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing complex RFPs and large corporate clients.
  • Ability to sell Trade Finance products effectively.
  • Customer-centric with a good understanding of risk management and compliance.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, comfortable with senior management interactions.
