About the RoleAs a Trade Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of talented Designers, set the standard for customer engagement and sales excellence, and take ownership of the showrooms performance. Youll be responsible for cultivating relationships with trade professionals (architects, designers, builders, installers) as well as retail customers, ensuring every interaction is engaging, professional, and ultimately profitable.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and motivate your showroom team to meet and exceed sales and service KPIs
Set an example in delivering best-in-class customer experiences, both in-person and online
Maintain immaculate showroom standards from displays to team presentation
Support customers through design, product selection, and purchasing using our industry-leading tools
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using our CRM/ERP system
Drive local trade engagement, marketing opportunities, and community partnerships
Oversee showroom operations, team development, reporting, and sales forecasting
Ensure a smooth handover to Aftersales for seamless post-sale customer care
We're seeking a confident leader and proven sales professional who brings:
A strong background in showroom or retail management, ideally in interiors or bathroom design
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills
A natural ability to inspire customers and teams alike
Commercial acumen with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills
High standards in presentation, customer service, and attention to detail
Experience working with trade customers and understanding of the interior design or installation sectors
Competitive package up to £45,000 basic with uncapped bonus potential
