Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Trade Client Manager to lead the trade sales program for a premium OEM in the Reading area. You will manage a retailer network, coach retailers, and drive parts sales growth through targeted campaigns and field visits.

Reporting to the Trade Operations Manager, you will organise retail operations, deliver training, review performance, and implement improvements to meet regional targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive trade parts distribution or dealer networks.
• Strong ability to use data to identify opportunities and drive sales.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Customer-facing communication and negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with management teams within each Trade Retailer to support sales objectives.
• Deliver regular training and development visits with Retailers.
• Set up retailer operations to prescribed standards and SLAs.
• Organise retailer structure to maximise quality and efficiency.
• Provide on-site consultancy and coaching with retailer management and teams.
• Support marketing plan development and implementation with retailers.
• Present regional updates to senior leadership and customers.
• Drive innovation across retailer activity and development.
