Job summary

MSX International is a field-based role supporting a network of premium automotive retailers for a globally recognised premium vehicle manufacturer. The role focuses on analyzing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and shaping strategic action plans to boost genuine parts sales and improve commercial performance.

The successful candidate will develop growth plans, deliver data-driven insights, and communicate impact to retailer management and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability, including experience interpreting business performance data and identifying growth opportunities.
• Competency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
• The ability to create, present and communicate business insights, recommendations and strategic plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence outcomes.
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how actions translate into measurable business results.
• Professional presentation and communication skills suitable for engagement with senior retailer management and manufacturer stakeholders.
• A structured and strategic approach to problem-solving and continuous business improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyse retailer performance and identify opportunities to grow genuine parts sales.
• Provide root-cause analysis and practical solutions to performance gaps.
• Develop strategic growth plans and support retailers in achieving improvements.
• Track and communicate the commercial impact of recommendations.
• Present findings to retailer management and senior stakeholders.
• Travel extensively throughout the region with regular overnight stays.
