An established industry player is looking for an experienced Trade Operative – Joiner to join their void team in Aberdeen. This role involves working on a variety of properties, performing essential repairs and maintenance to ensure homes are ready for re-letting. You will be part of a collaborative team, utilizing your skills in joinery, plumbing, and painting, while also having the opportunity to work independently. Salary: £36,353 - £38,267 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
We are seeking an experienced Trade Operative – Joiner to join our void team based in Aberdeen. You will work on properties across the region, including both new and old stock, with skills in disciplines such as joinery, plastering, plumbing, tiling, and painting. Working as part of a six-person team, you will bring voids to a re-lettable standard. The role involves occasional lone working and opportunities to collaborate with the wider team. A company van and tools are provided, and the role covers sites across the area.
Candidates will need to bring original certification to the interview as copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted.
