An established industry player is seeking a skilled Trade Operative - Joiner to join their void team in Aberdeen. This role involves working on a range of properties, performing essential repairs, and ensuring high standards of service. Salary: £36,353 - £38,267 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
We are seeking an experienced Trade Operative – Joiner to join our void team based in Aberdeen. You will work on properties across the region, including both new and old stock, with skills in disciplines such as joinery, plastering, plumbing, tiling, and painting. The role involves working as part of a six-person team to bring voids up to re-let standard, with occasional lone working and opportunities to collaborate with the wider team. The position includes a company van and tools, covering sites across the area.
Candidates will be required to bring original certification to the interview to verify qualifications; copies and CSCS cards are not accepted.

The salary for this role is £33,049, with an additional policy allowance of £3,304 per annum, increasing to £34,788 plus £3,478 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance.
