Trade Operative - Groundworker
Glasgow
£33,049 - £34,788 per year
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm
We are looking for an experienced Trade Operative – Groundworker to join our Responsive Repairs and Maintenance team based in Glasgow. You will work on Social Housing properties across the region. The candidate will be responsible for a variety of ground working tasks from small repairs to major renovation jobs. Working as part of a ten person team you will carry out repairs to properties to meet letting standards. The role will involve lone working with opportunities to work with the wider team as and when required. With a company van and tools included the role will cover sites across the area.
