Barilla Hellas seeks to recruit a Trade Marketing Professional within the Trade Marketing department, reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager.
The successful candidate will develop and implement trade marketing activities, leveraging shopper insights to drive business growth.
Transform marketing initiatives into category development plans and present them to customers as business opportunities.
Collaborate with sales teams to manage promotional activations at customer and POS levels.
Monitor market trends, identify sales opportunities, and develop supporting arguments for category plans.
Analyze assortment opportunities per customer and quantify business potential.
Understand shopper research results and incorporate findings into business development planning.
Present category strategies to sales teams, understand category management/planogram principles, and forecast volume targets at product/customer levels.
