In this exciting role, you'll take the reins on key marketing projects and oversee daily marketing initiatives, ensuring they stay on track and within budget while generating a significant ROI. You'll be at the forefront of identifying and seizing every opportunity to amplify our brand's presence!
You will cultivate a smooth collaboration among teams and agencies. Your core responsibilities will involve crafting comprehensive project briefs, overseeing timelines and budgets, proofreading content, assisting with promotional campaigns and product launches, and offering valuable insights into digital marketing strategies, performance analysis, and reporting.
You’ll also coordinate events, support the sales team with marketing resources, maintain third-party relationships, and collate and report data on digital lead generation as well as driving lead conversion. Strong organisational skills, creative input, and a commitment tobrand standards are essential.
- Create clear design and project briefs for the marketing agencies
- Manage the marketing WIP effectively and efficiently; ensuring that key stakeholders are kept up to date of developments and timelines for their request and reorganising depending on priorities
- Proof reading and final sign off of all collateral ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and are grammatically and technically accurate. Always checking that content is up to date with current TOV documents
- Management of some promotional campaigns including some product launches, ensuring collaboration and alignment with all stakeholders, stock requirements, communications internally, terms and conditions etc
- Ensure delivery of all marketing activities within the required budget and agreed timelines
- Involvement in the leads process and improving conversion
- Creative input into all marketing collateral to ensure that we create the best content
- Keeping abreast of the latest trends and making suggestions for improvement
- Managing our online presence with 3rd party associations
- Liaising with subscription providers to ensure we get maximum impact for our spend
- Liase with the sales team to ensure they have the marketing resources required to make the most out of sales opportunities
- Coordinate events and exhibitions while serving as the primary point of contact. Ensure our sales team is equipped with the latest materials to optimise lead opportunities. Collect feedback post-event to foster continuous improvement.
- Provide customers with images / copy etc for their marketing collateral
- Be able to prioritise key projects that deliver value over “nice to haves”
- Uphold marketing standards, brand guidelines and ethics
- Minimum 4 years experience in similar marketing management role
- Marketing qualification or CIM
- Demonstrable Experience in Trade Marketing
- Strategic Thinker
- Key examples and track record of managing projects that boost brand exposure
- Strong personal presence with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Tenacious, organised, analytical and commercially focused
- Able to work autonomously whilst being aligned with rest of team
- Experience in leadership via line reports or projects
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- UK Driving licence (essential)
- This role is based onsite in Dereham, Norfolk - min 3-4 days per week
