Our client is a leading FMCG distributor, working closely with brands looking to launch their products into the UK market and have relationships with all the major grocery multiples, along with convenience and specialist retailers. They are seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator to join their busy team.

This role is suitable for someone with experience in merchandising or POS roles in retail or FMCG sectors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and managing the production, delivery, and installation of shopper marketing and product displays in stores.
  • Creating planograms for specific product ranges and store layouts.
  • Merchandising new products and conducting in-store visits to audit, refresh, and install displays.
  • Managing timelines and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products and merchandising materials.
  • Coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Supporting sales and marketing teams with trade show planning and coordination.

Required experience:

  • Experience in merchandising, POS, or in-store marketing activation roles.
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Comfort with store plans and technical installation briefs.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Full, clean driving license required as travel to retail sites is expected.
