Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking a Trade Marketing and Communications Executive on a fixed-term contract until January 2028 to join the P&O Cruises Sales Department. The role focuses on trade-facing communications across email, trade web, social media and trade press, supporting sales performance and trade engagement.

You will translate commercial priorities into clear messaging, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Brand, PR & Events, and manage the Trade Communications budget with the Sales

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience delivering trade or commercial communications.
• Translating complex commercial or sales information into clear messaging.
• Experience coordinating with Sales, Marketing and Brand teams.
• Experience managing or tracking communications budgets.

Responsibilities

• Delivering trade communications across email, trade web, social media, trade press and other agreed channels, ensuring messaging is clear, accurate, timely and aligned to Sales objectives and trading priorities.
• Translating complex commercial priorities, offers and sales activity into concise and compelling communications, adapting messaging for different trade audiences while supporting the wider P&O Cruises and Cunard brand narrative.
• Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Brand, PR & Events and other CUK teams to coordinate content, assets and approvals and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across trade-facing communications.
• Working closely with the Sales Operations Manager to manage and track the annual Trade Communications budget, prioritising activity, monitoring spend and supporting effective commercial returns.
