• Experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within travel or events.
• Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate trade events of varying scale.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver trade events across P&O Cruises and Cunard.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including guest lists, travel, venues and suppliers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Brand and Training to ensure brand-aligned experiences.
• Manage budgets and evaluate event effectiveness to improve future events.
• Support travel and occasional evening or weekend events as needed.
• Handle multiple priorities and complex logistics across locations with strong data handling.
