Job Description

• Overseeing and managing the trade mark portfolio
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
• Interacting with clients and handling their trade mark matters
• Providing support for trade mark oppositions, cancellations, and infringement actions
• Assisting with the preparation, filing, and prosecution of trade mark applications
• Managing deadlines and ensuring all filings are completed in a timely manner
• Assisting with trade mark audits and due diligence
• Providing training and support to junior team members

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trade Mark Paralegal should have:

• A degree in Law or a related field
• Strong knowledge of trade mark law
• Proven experience as a Trade Mark Paralegal
