The role:
  • Manage a varied portfolio of UK and international clients
  • Advise on trade mark clearance, prosecution, oppositions and enforcement
  • Work closely with colleagues across the wider IP team on brand protection strategy
  • Develop client relationships and play a key role in business development
  • Contribute to mentoring and developing junior attorneys
