A leading water utility provider is seeking an enthusiastic team member to manage trade effluent applications and provide outstanding customer service at their Crossness Sewage Treatment Works. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles. Trade Effluent (TE) is the discharge of non-domestic wastewater from trade premises. It is essential to control TE to protect the public, our people, our assets and the environment.
You will process applications, raise charges and consent fees using the Wholesale billing system and will provide front-line customer service in the form of telephone calls, contacts and letters as well.
Base location is Crossness Sewage Treatment Works, SE2 9AQ. (Please note the expectation is to be on site 5 days a week.)
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 36 hours a week. (9 am to 5 pm)
