Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate client inquiries on topics such as margin analysis, position liquidations, trade cancellations, order trigger conditions, products, and exchange inquiries.
  • Resolve routine and complex client concerns promptly via phone, tickets, and chats, maintaining courtesy and sound judgment.
  • Familiarize with proprietary trading and administrative platforms to educate clients and support our automated business model.
  • Assist the Quality Assurance Department in resolving complaints.
  • Coordinate with local and international client service teams and interact with external departments like Programming, Clearing, Cashiering, and Compliance.
  • Analyze and recommend improvements to systems and procedures, contributing to the development of client service policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • University degree (NFQ level 7) in finance, economics, or relevant experience.
  • At least two years of financial industry experience preferred.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, margin methods, trading platforms, and regulations.
  • Knowledge of Equities, Options, Futures, Fixed income, Mutual Funds, FX, CFDs.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Office Suite, and Email.
  • Critical thinker, tech-savvy, passionate about markets.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, handle stress.
  • Fluent English; German or Italian language skills required; additional languages a plus.
  • FINRA SIE and Series 7 certifications or interest in obtaining them.

Location and hours:

20 Fenchurch Street, London, EC3M 8AF

9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday
