Summary: Cboe Europe Limited is seeking a highly motivated individual with a technical mindset and excellent communication skills to fill the role of Trade Desk Associate to support our pan-European equities and derivatives markets.Experience in technical support and customer service positions desired.
The role will typically cover the day time shift however covering both the early and late shift will be necessary periodically. The early shift commences at 07:00 UK at the Cboe Europe Limited, the late finish ends at 18:30 UK.

In this role you will be responsible for:
First-level and first-class support answering questions. Resolving participant issues related to on-boarding, trading, and technology.
Supporting day to day associated tasks with onboarding, monitoring of live Production trading systems.
Supporting and maintaining the Cboe symbol universe.
Handling inbound calls and email traffic for the Trade Desk, as well as monitoring all systems proactively.
Onboarding new clients, establishing client access to platforms, provisioning new services and providing ongoing oversight and monitoring.
Documenting issue resolution and communication to market participants and vendors.
Oversight of order record keeping and transaction reporting obligations.
Update and manage technical specifications.
The ideal candidate has:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering or other related field.
Customer on-boarding experience preferred.
Experience in monitoring and oversight of order record keeping and transaction reporting obligations.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
A desire to increase securities market expertise and to become proficient with Cboe Technology.
Ability to work effectively as part of an international team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
You’ll really stand out with:
Experience of monitoring and support of production mission critical trading and market data systems.
Working knowledge of KYC, AML and company background checks.
Linux/Unix based systems skillset.
Programming skillset e.g. Python or similar.
Data analytics skillset e.g. SQL, Sigma, Snowflake or similar.
