Role: Trade Counter Assistant / Driver

Hours: 44 per week - Permanent role

Salary: £27,936 basic salary per year

Bonus/OTE: Up to £31,536 per year with bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example in day-to-day branch operations, working closely with the Branch Manager and Supervisor
• Achieve sales targets through trade counter sales, confidently communicating product knowledge
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers
• Pick, load, and deliver products using Eurocell's vehicles, ensuring route planning and vehicle maintenance
• Support branch activities, maintain safety and operational standards, and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Passion for customer service and achieving targets
• Proactive, confident in serving and engaging with customers
• Good organizational skills and initiative
• Proficient in IT, with experience in MS Office and SAP
• Full valid driving license; FLT license is a plus
• Experience in stock management and trade/builders merchant environments is advantageous
