Role Details:

• Hours: 44 per week - Permanent role, 7am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, 8am - 12pm on a Saturday rota.
• Salary: £27,936 basic per year.
• Bonus/OTE: Up to £31,536 total earning potential annually.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead by example in day-to-day operations, working closely with the Branch Manager and Supervisor
• Achieve sales targets through trade counter sales and product knowledge sharing
• Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
• Pick, load, and deliver products using Eurocell's vehicles, ensuring route planning, safe driving, and vehicle maintenance
• Support branch operations and maintain standards in warehouse and front-of-house areas

Candidate Requirements:

• Passionate, energetic, and customer-focused
• Ability to proactively engage with customers and drive sales
• Good organizational skills and initiative
• Proficient in MS Office and industry software (e.g., SAP)
• Valid driving license is essential; FLT license is a plus
• Experience in stock management or similar roles is advantageous
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
