Job Description:

ROLE: Trade Branch Supervisor

HOURS: 44 per Week - Permanent Role

SALARY: £27,000 basic salary

BONUS: Realistic total earning potential of up to £32,000 annually

What our Branch Supervisors do:

• Lead by example and work closely with the Branch Manager
• Provide customer service and support
• Achieve sales targets and operational standards
• Support branch operations and team activities
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Conduct stocktakes and maintain vehicle records

Requirements for our Branch Supervisors:

• Passion and energy for customer service and targets
• Customer-focused, confident, proactive
• Commercial mindset to drive sales and margins
• Good organizational skills and initiative
• Proficient in MS Office and industry software (e.g., SAP)
• Full driving license, FLT license advantageous
• Ability to cover for Branch Manager
• Experience in stock takes, trade/retail environments preferred
• Comfortable working solo and in small teams
