ROLE: Trade Branch Supervisor
HOURS: 44 per Week - Permanent Role
SALARY: £27,000 basic salary
BONUS: Realistic total earning potential of up to £32,000 annually

What our Branch Supervisors do:
- Lead by example and work closely with the Branch Manager
- Provide customer service and support
- Achieve sales targets and operational standards
- Support branch operations and team activities
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Conduct stocktakes and maintain vehicle records
Requirements for our Branch Supervisors:
- Passion and energy for customer service and targets
- Customer-focused, confident, proactive
- Commercial mindset to drive sales and margins
- Good organizational skills and initiative
- Proficient in MS Office and industry software (e.g., SAP)
- Full driving license, FLT license advantageous
- Ability to cover for Branch Manager
- Experience in stock takes, trade/retail environments preferred
- Comfortable working solo and in small teams
