MacGregor Recruitment are recruiting for a Trade Branch Manager to lead a trade counter branch in Nottingham that supplies a wide range of windows, doors and building plastics to trade. The business is an independent company with multiple branches across the Midlands with a great 'team' culture!

Trade Branch Manager - role:

  • A hands on role within a 2 person branch where you will oversee the day to day branch operations
  • Building relationships with customers, dealing with enquiries and ensuring that they receive a great customer experience
  • Processing window and door quotations and orders, taking payments and arranging deliveries / collections
  • Goods in/out, helping customers load their vans and managing the warehouse, opening, closing & banking

Trade Branch Manager - Skills & Experience:

  • Previous trade counter management experience is essential
  • Specific experience of the window & door and building plastics sector is essential
  • Strong people and communication skills - the ability to build and develop great customer relationships
  • Organised, customer centric, proactive in approach, able to spot and develop commercial opportunities
  • Driving Licence
