Job summary

Absolute Taste Ltd. is seeking a VIP Hospitality Manager to lead the meticulous planning, delivery and management of high-level VIP hospitality for major events, including collaboration with Cadillac F1 Team.

The role requires superb front-of-house presence, exceptional service standards and strong client relationship abilities. The successful candidate will manage live event operations, coordinate staff inductions, and ensure seamless guest experiences while traveling up to 25 weeks per year in

Qualifications

• Event/restaurant experience, ideally with international focus in a high-end environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate with management, clients and contractors.
• Willingness to travel ~25 weeks per year with the F1 calendar.

Responsibilities

• Live event management including setup of hospitality areas and coordination with suppliers.
• Ensure hospitality areas are ready and presented to the highest standards.
• Engage with guests, team members and media to provide top-tier service.
• Manage relationships with high-profile guests, sponsors and stakeholders.
• Resolve service issues or guest complaints efficiently.
• Coordinate delivery of seamless hospitality service with Trackside Manager.
• Lead briefings to communicate event details and service standards.
• Oversee setup and pack-down of event areas and equipment.
• Prepare post-event reports highlighting success, challenges and improvements.
• Document lessons learned for future events.
• Attend post-event debriefs with the client as required.

Working with Absolute Taste and Cadillac F1 Team to deliver exceptional catering and hospitality in a busy, demanding environment

Superb front of house presence, high standards of service and attention to detail with ability to demonstrate experience within a luxury hospitality environment

Excellent client relationship building and management

Calm and decisive in challenging, stressful situations

Organised, punctual, motivational, and with varied communication skills (formal, informal, international)

Strong organizational skills to support Project Lead and Trackside Hospitality Manager

Assist with planning and delivery of temporary staff induction and training alongside Trackside Hospitality Manager

On Event Responsibilities

• Live event management including set up of hospitality areas including equipment and décor and coordination with suppliers and logistics

• Ensuring hospitality areas are ready and presented to the highest standards and at the required times

• Proactively engage with all guests, team members, media ensuring they receive top-tier service and attention

• Manage realtionships with high profile guests, sponsors and key stakeholders

• Respond to and resolve any service related issues or guest complaints efficiently and professionally

• Working with the Trackside Manager to coordinate delivery of a seamless hospitslity service and deputizing for them in this regard where necessary

• Communicate efficiently wit

• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene in all hospitality areas, coordinating with staff to maintain high standards

• Assist in the management of all Font of House hospitality staff ensuring they understand their roles, monitoring performance during events and providing feedback, guidance and support as needed

• Lead briefings to communicate event details, guest expectations, and service standards

• Safe and speedy set up and pack down of all event areas (including BoH) and equipment

Post Event Responsibilities

• Prepare post-event reports, summarising the events success, challenges, and areas for improvement

• Ensure all lessons learned are documented and carried forward to the next event

• Attend post-event debriefs with the client as required

Required Experience and Characteristics

• Event or restaurant experience, ideally with international focus and in a high-end environment

• Strong leadership and team mamagement skills

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a can-do positive attitude and willingness to make memorable guest experiences

• The ability to communicate at a variety of levels including the management of fellow team members, the client and the contractor base

• The role requires travel and work abroad for approximately 25 weeks of the year, in line with the F1 calendar

• Adhere to standards of behavior and conduct expected by Cadillac F1 Team and Absolute Taste
