About The Opportunity

TES 2000 has a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established rail safety company as Track Operative within the Projects Department in Anglia.
As a Track Operative, you will join our Project Department on a 0-hour contract, with availability of mainly nights during the weekend. We are ideally looking for new colleagues based in and around Colchester, Chelmsford, Clacton, and Ipswich who are drivers.
We can offer development opportunities to help you achieve your potential!
We are able to offer Call Off pay.

About You

The ideal Track Operative Staff will (Essential):
  • PTS AC/DCCR
  • Track Induction including Manual Handling, Fire Training, and First Aid
  • Small Tools
  • Knowledge of rail plant & equipment
  • Basic Literacy and Numeracy
  • Communication
  • Driving licence
The Track Operative typical day:
  • Carry out maintenance and renewals tasks as instructed
  • Comply with all safety requirements
  • Use all tools appropriately and correctly
  • Act in a professional manner
  • Attend all courses and team briefs as required
