What's the role?
SMS are currently looking for a TPI Account Executive to join their growing and dynamic Account Management function. This role is responsible for developing trusting relationships with TPIs and providing support to the Business Development and Account Management functions. It involves understanding the specific needs and requirements of the TPIs and to support the Account Management function with performance against agreed service level agreements. In this role, you will be liaising with internal departments to ensure customer needs are fulfilled and work alongside stakeholders within the business to develop an improvement plan. The successful candidate will communicate regularly and clearly to all relevant parties both internally and externally and ensure a thorough understanding of the commercial/contractual requirements of each customer.
This role aims to enhance service delivery to Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs), improve communication and reporting, and drive business growth through strategic relationship management and targeted service improvements.
This role is offered on a hybrid working basis (2 days in the office and 3 days at home typically), and the working hours are 40 hours per week. The shift pattern is 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
