The NHS is seeking a Training Programme Director for Community Sexual and Reproductive Health in London. The Training Programme Director will work with and support the Postgraduate Dean in leading various functions within their specialty, aligned with the NHS England mandate. The role involves ensuring compliance with national standards set by the Royal College and guidelines established within Community Sexual and Reproductive Health.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of School, other Obstetric and Gynaecology TPDs, the LaSE team (including the PGMDE Business Manager), the Postgraduate Dean, and other key departments such as Quality.
They will work with the Postgraduate Dean to develop doctors committed to high standards of patient-centered care and lifelong professional development.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend at least 40% of their time working in-person.
